A trip to the gym is a nice time to unwind, but not if I’m forced to listen to claptrap playing over the loudspeakers. It’s also a time when I benefit from quick-tempo music and I throw my typical choosiness out the window. Rhythmic, poppy ear-worms make the cut (Katy Perry’s This Is How We Do), here, as well as favorite electronica (Fatboy Slim’s Right Here Right Now) and hip-hop tracks (Danger Mouse & Jemini’s What U Sittin On). Anything that makes me want to move my body.
