What even is retrowave? It’s like this, imagine you went back to the 80’s, walked into an arcade, and played a video game that had badass music — perhaps a game like Outrun or Space Harrier. Retrowave is modern music that emulates those soundtracks. It’s music that is stylish beyond the need, and when I played those games it gave me the feeling I was the main character in a blockbuster movie. Maybe that’s why I love this stuff.
