The Stones’ Mick and Keith are legendary for their sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll lifestyles, but along the way they managed to produce some of the best rock and roll ever. Looking at this list, I obviously have a bias for their late 60s and early 70s recordings. This was also the height of their excesses in life. Coincidence? I think not.
